By downloading, installing, or using Lunelle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CODEMO LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
Lunelle is a business management platform designed for lash artists and beauty professionals. The App provides tools for client management, appointment documentation, portfolio showcase, and team collaboration. Features vary based on your subscription plan.
Lunelle offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. We will notify you of any pricing changes in advance.
We may offer free trials of paid subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
To use Lunelle, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
Pro and Premium plans allow the account owner to invite team members. The account owner is responsible for all activity by team members added to their account. Team members must also agree to these Terms. The account owner controls subscription upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations for the entire team.
You agree not to use the App to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including client data and images. By uploading content, you grant CODEMO LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload complies with applicable laws and that you have obtained any necessary consent from your clients for storing their information within the App.
The App, including its design, features, and content created by CODEMO LLC, is owned by CODEMO LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without our written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEMO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODEMO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the App settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
